Hue MotionAware zones gain an automation switch

Home Assistant will be able to turn each MotionAware zone on or off, matching a control that previously lived only in the Hue app.

Home Assistant previously exposed this toggle for physical Hue motion sensors but not MotionAware zones. A new switch for each zone can be placed on a dashboard or used in an automation.
