A general-purpose Entities widget lets people choose a Home Assistant server and the entities they want to see, then presents them as tiles with their current states.
Tapping an icon runs the entity’s main action when the app supports it, while tapping elsewhere on the tile opens that entity in the app. Last-update times are shown by default and can be hidden.
The widget builds on earlier work that saves entities from every domain in the app’s local database, allowing search and pickers to find types that were previously omitted. Bruno Pantaleão Gonçalves contributed both parts of the work.
