Home Assistant’s Environment Canada integration gains an action for detailed precipitation forecasts. It returns a six-minute series combining observed radar with roughly the next hour’s extrapolation, alongside hourly amounts, probabilities and precipitation types extending up to 48 hours.
Michael Davie exposes the data on request so a custom card or automation can choose the forecast window it needs. The action returns the provider’s series directly; it does not add a ready-made forecast display to the standard weather card.
