Home Assistant keeps separate SleepIQ beds on accounts where a person is associated with both. The previous duplicate filter treated any overlapping sleeper profile as evidence of duplication, silently removing a real second bed at each setup.
The filter compares the complete sleeper sets and uses foundation-feature information to distinguish controller duplicates. The correction preserves the original protection against duplicate “Firmness Control” devices.
