Reolink owners gain a Home Assistant action for saving an image from an earlier recording. A person-detection automation could include a still from a minute before the detection, giving a notification context that a live snapshot would miss.
The camera must have a recording at the requested time. Reolink returns the nearest available key frame, so the image can be a few seconds away from the chosen instant; an event-only camera cannot supply a moment it did not record.
