ESPHome corrects two ways an LN882H device could repeatedly restart after losing Wi-Fi. A scan finding no networks could reset the chip about ten seconds later; starting its fallback access point for a second time could also trigger a reset.

J. Nick Koston tested both corrections with an LN882H kept off its network. Empty scans and repeated fallback-network starts then ran without resetting the board. Jesse Hills reviewed the work.
