Home Assistant adds a light-colour control directly to dashboard tiles. Moving the colour strip changes the light’s hue, while an optional second slider changes saturation, avoiding a separate light-control dialog for those adjustments.
Paul Bottein keeps the chosen hue beneath a fixed window: a wide tile shows the full spectrum, and a narrow one shows a closer view with the same precision. A tile can show hue, saturation or both; when both are enabled, tapping the compact control swaps which one is expanded.
