Music Assistant stops treating a placeholder recording identifier as proof that unrelated songs are the same recording. Some files describing CD rips from older Exact Audio Copy versions carry an all-zero identifier, which could cause tracks from different albums to collapse into one library entry.

OzGav makes matching ignore invalid identifiers already stored, preventing further false matches without a rescan. Newly read local files also discard bad identifiers and log which file needs attention. Previously combined entries are not rebuilt by this change. Marvin Schenkel reviewed the correction.
