LIFX Ceiling and Mirror owners gain separate Home Assistant controls for the different parts of their lights. Ceiling devices expose their uplight and downlight, while Mirror devices expose their front and back, allowing different brightness and colour choices within one fixture.
The Mirror also gains a Color Sweep effect through a chosen palette. Firmware effects still apply to the whole device.
