Home Assistant adds monthly budget readings from Monarch Money alongside its existing account information. Each budget category has sensors for the actual amount, planned amount and amount remaining, including any rollover reported by Monarch Money.
Bradley Florence makes newly added categories appear during the normal four-hour refresh. A category without data for the current month reports unavailable instead of showing an old month’s budget.
