Home Assistant lets people try a disabled action or condition on its own while building or troubleshooting an automation. Previously, Run action and Test reported success but did nothing for disabled steps.
Marcin Bauer makes those individual controls execute the selected step. Ordinary automation and script runs still skip disabled steps, so testing one does not require enabling it in the live sequence.
