ESPHome controls Onkyo audio equipment through its wired remote port

The RI connection supports sending and receiving commands, tested with an A-9050 receiver.

ESPHome adds a wired control path for Onkyo receivers and other audio-video equipment using the RI remote-control connection. The new support sends commands and receives them, giving makers a way to connect compatible equipment through its wired port.

Steve Vigneau tested both directions with an Onkyo A-9050 and supplies the configuration guide. This is his first contribution to ESPHome, reviewed by J. Nick Koston.
