Home Assistant corrects two accessibility gaps in common dialogs and inputs. Dialogs with ordinary titles, including confirmation, alert and prompt boxes, gain accessible names; required inputs stop announcing invalid data before the person has entered anything.
Franck Nijhof connects the inputs’ actual validation state to assistive technology. This is an initial correction: some dialogs with custom titles, including Assist and entity details, still need further work, and the contributor has not verified these changes with a screen reader.
