ESPHome sends local commands to Somfy blinds and awnings

ESPHome adds commands for Somfy RTS blinds, shutters and awnings through a 433.42 MHz transmitter. An automation can send up, down, My and pairing commands instead of relying on a separate remote.

The accompanying guide explains pairing ESPHome as a new remote and retaining the rolling code across restarts. This is a transmit-only connection: it does not receive the blind’s position or decode its remote. This is RobertH1993’s first contribution to ESPHome.
