ESPHome adds local control for APC Proteous, Logico24 and Able gate openers that accept the Infinity 2.0 Wi-Fi module. A serial connection takes the module’s place and supports opening, closing, stopping and moving to a partial position.
The controller’s own status and position reports determine the displayed state. Commands that receive no acknowledgement are retried, and partial opening stops the motor when its reported position reaches the requested point.
