Z-Wave JS drops invalid reports before they disrupt the network

Z-Wave JS rejects out-of-range test-status values before passing them to connected applications. The correction follows a report from a 184-device network where an unsolicited status value caused Home Assistant to reload its entire Z-Wave connection.

The driver drops the invalid report before it reaches connected applications. The correction is derekcentrico’s first contribution to Z-Wave JS, with review by AlCalzone.
