ESPHome reads Vevor weather stations over their local radio link

ESPHome adds a receiver for Vevor 7-in-1 weather stations, bringing outdoor temperature, humidity, wind, rainfall, ultraviolet and light readings into a local device. It also reports the station’s low-battery flag.

The radio receiver can be shared with other supported protocols, and a station identifier filters out neighbouring stations. This is Bofr5555’s first contribution to ESPHome.
