ESPHome turns a compatible Xteink reader into an e-paper display

ESPHome adds the Xteink X4 Pro e-reader as a display target for makers building information screens. Support is specific to the model with a UC8279 controller; X4 Pro units with other panels need their own driver.

The implementation supports full refreshes and partial changes without rewriting the visible page from scratch. Related timing work cuts a tested X4 Pro partial update from roughly 980–1,000 milliseconds to 720–735 milliseconds, with one full refresh after every ten updates.
