Home Assistant reads HAVEN air monitors without a cloud account

HAVEN Room Air Monitor and Central Air Monitor devices gain a local connection to Home Assistant. The integration reads air-quality or airflow sensors according to the product, using the home network without requiring a cloud account.

Automatic discovery finds compatible monitors, while manual setup accepts their hostname or IP address. The room monitor requires firmware 19 or later; the central monitor requires version 2.4.2 or later. Readings refresh once a minute.

This first step covers sensors, not HAVEN Controller devices or relay controls. It is krhtzoa’s first contribution to Home Assistant Core.
