Home Assistant connects AnyList shopping lists to its to-do lists, with changes to item names, completion and descriptions synchronized in both directions. Live updates from AnyList keep the lists current without waiting for a periodic refresh.
Lists created, renamed or removed while Home Assistant is running are reflected too. This first connection covers shopping lists; recipes and meal planning are outside its scope. It relies on AnyList’s cloud service and the behavior of its web application, which has no public API.
