Music Assistant lets listeners build a smart playlist from selected music folders. Adding files to those folders updates the playlist, giving people who organize their collection on disk a way to keep that organization inside Music Assistant.
The rule editor browses the configured filesystem music sources and lets the listener select folders. Stefan Gerasch supplies the server and interface changes in his first contributions to both repositories, with review by Marvin Schenkel.
