Home Assistant stops one signed-in user from continuing another person’s conversation merely by supplying its identifier. Previously, that could carry over the conversation’s history and tools.

The first input gives the conversation an owner, and subsequent user input must come from the same person. Internal callers that supply no user input retain their existing access to conversations.
