Music Assistant 2.10.8 restores Apple Music connections blocked by an expired application token saved in older setups. The failure began on October 22 for installations configured before version 2.10; signing in again did not replace the stale copy, so the connection still failed to load.
Marvin Schenkel makes the connection choose whichever application token expires later: the saved one or the copy bundled with Music Assistant. A test against Apple using the expired saved token changed the rejected request into a successful connection.
