One unresponsive HEOS device no longer hides every player

Setup skips a failed input lookup and keeps discovering the other devices.

Music Assistant keeps discovering HEOS players when one device’s auxiliary inputs cannot be read. Previously, setup browsed every device together, so one timeout could fail the entire connection and leave no HEOS players visible.

The connection checks devices separately and skips a failed lookup, allowing the others to finish setup.
