Home Assistant keeps backups at the chosen time after clock changes

Home Assistant corrects automatic backups running an hour early or late after a daylight-saving change. The schedule follows the configured time zone, rather than retaining the fixed offset saved with the last completed backup.

The earlier schedule could remain wrong until Home Assistant restarted. Tests cover both clock-change directions in Europe/Amsterdam.
