ESPHome repairs MQTT date and time controls

ESPHome repairs the MQTT discovery information for date, time and combined date-and-time controls. Home Assistant previously left their states unknown and sent commands the device could not parse; the added conversion templates translate both directions.

The existing JSON messages on the MQTT topics stay unchanged for other clients and automations. Combined date-and-time values assume the ESPHome device and Home Assistant use the same timezone.
