ESPHome reads presence and 3D positions from LD6004 radar

The Hi-Link sensor reports up to three targets, including their position in space.

ESPHome adds support for the Hi-Link LD6004 radar, exposing presence and the three-dimensional positions of up to three detected targets. Makers can use overall presence, individual target presence and detection-area presence in their automations.

Readings include target count and each target’s X, Y and Z coordinates. Rick van Hattem makes his first contribution to ESPHome with the shared radar parser supporting this work, alongside the LD6004 component.
