Home Assistant adds an Arm anyway action for Homematic IP Cloud alarms after an ordinary arm command is refused. It allows arming with the known blocking devices excluded, such as an open window or an unreachable sensor; those entry points remain unmonitored.
The action checks again before proceeding and refuses if more sensors are blocking than in the refusal already shown to the owner. This adds an explicit override to the blocked-arming status covered earlier this week.
