ESPHome adds controls for configuring detection areas on the Hi-Link LD6004 radar. Makers can select an area, change its coordinates and apply the settings, alongside height limits and the time for which presence is held.
Yesterday’s addition exposed presence and target positions; this step lets makers define the spaces the radar watches. Numeric settings that the module refuses or fails to receive are no longer displayed as though they succeeded.
