Home Assistant shows when a long-lived access token was last used and the address it connected from. The information appears beside the token in the user’s profile, helping an owner distinguish an active script or integration from a credential they may no longer need.

Usage is recorded when a token authenticates an HTTP request or a WebSocket connection. Older tokens show no usage line until they are used again, avoiding a misleading creation date. This is a latest-use record rather than a complete access log, and inactivity does not make a token expire.
