Home Assistant’s contributor site adds a theme-variable reference with defaults for light and dark modes. Aidan Timson replaces the manually maintained frontend wiki list with a page generated from the theme source, alongside selected component settings such as dashboard gaps and editor colours.
The weekly update workflow refreshes the page and lists added or removed variables for review. Component settings still need a curated list, but the generator checks whether the referenced code continues to use them.
