A listener can mark a moment in an audiobook or podcast episode in Music Assistant’s fullscreen player, then return to it from the book or episode page. A bookmark can have a name, and its marker on the timeline shows its position and chapter.

Bookmarks belong to the listener and to a particular copy of the book or episode. Audiobookshelf keeps its audiobook bookmarks in sync with its own apps. Music Assistant stores bookmarks locally for library copies when the provider does not support them, including Audiobookshelf podcast episodes. The web controls require server interface version 102.
