ESPHome builds firmware for Nordic’s nRF54 development boards

ESPHome adds build support for Nordic’s nRF54LM20 and nRF54L15 development kits. Makers can upload firmware through a SEGGER J-Link debugger, which resets the chip afterward so the new program starts.

The J-Link software must be installed separately. The contributor tested both development kits. USB on the nRF54LM20 kit remains a known limitation in this change.
