Home Assistant removes administrator rights from the account used by Home Assistant Cast. New Cast accounts use the ordinary users group, and existing administrator accounts move to it during setup.
Cast only needs to read dashboards and run their actions. Its account keeps remote access because a Cast device may connect through the cloud address.
