Z-Wave device removal stops getting stuck on the final screen

A server correction preserves the completion message that Home Assistant needs after a device leaves the network.

Home Assistant could remain on “Removing device” after a Z-Wave device had already left the network. Z-Wave JS Server preserves the device information needed to send the completion message, before the driver removes it.

AlCalzone corrects the missing notification. The change repairs the message sent to Home Assistant; it does not alter the removal process on the Z-Wave network.
