Home Assistant stops including a phone’s sensitive webhook identifier in a debug message about pending sensor updates. People sharing those logs for troubleshooting no longer expose that identifier through this message.

Franck Nijhof keeps the sensor’s ordinary entity identifier and update data in the log. Current companion apps also require encrypted updates, so the webhook identifier alone is not enough to inject readings into those registrations. Registrations without encryption lack that additional protection.
