Assist expands Basque control across music, timers and household tasks

Basque speakers gain a much wider set of Assist commands, from starting and adjusting timers to controlling music, heating and robot cleaners. Shopping-list commands add items or mark them complete, while delayed commands can ask for the lights to turn off after a chosen interval.

Urtzi Odriozola also adds questions about the weather, date, time and whether someone is home. This extends the lighting controls reported on September 25 with everyday tasks across the house; it does not introduce Basque voice control for the first time.
