Home Assistant withdraws the Assist account choice reported in the September 28 edition. The work under development allowed a voice assistant to act as a selected household member, so integrations could choose that person’s linked account.
Paulus Schoutsen removes both the setting and its underlying support, stating that the approach was not approved in the architecture discussion. This reverses the planned assistant-level choice; it does not withdraw Music Assistant’s own personal favourites and account controls.
