ESPHome finds devices on IPv6-only networks

Device Builder stops showing reachable devices as offline when their discovery messages use IPv6.

ESPHome Device Builder finds devices whose discovery messages arrive over IPv6, instead of leaving them marked offline or unknown. Linux and Windows hosts can listen over both IPv4 and IPv6; macOS and FreeBSD hosts using both still listen only over IPv4.

Roman Priesol verified the correction with IPv6-only devices behind a UniFi discovery relay and in a Linux container. This is his first contribution to Device Builder, reviewed by J. Nick Koston.
