Hassil, the sentence parser behind Assist, stops discarding Turkish device names because their capital and lowercase forms use different versions of the letter i. A request to turn off “Salon Işığı” can match the lowercased words returned by speech recognition instead of appearing to name an unknown light.

A companion correction recognizes number words with the same letter variations and keeps their positions correct when an earlier word contains a dotted capital İ. Akın Ömeroğlu makes a first contribution to Hassil with the device-name correction; Michael Hansen extends the handling to number words.
