Apple Music stations appear under Radio in Music Assistant instead of being treated as dynamic playlists. Radio searches and shared station links resolve to the same kind of item, making stations easier to find alongside other radio sources.
Saved stations move with their favourites, artwork and listening history. Existing Home Assistant automations and smart-playlist seeds that use the old playlist address need the station selected again to obtain its radio address. Saving a station remains local to Music Assistant; it does not add it to an Apple account’s library.
