Home Assistant marks a set of UniFi Protect setup controls and health readings for removal in 2027.1. The integration is moving away from the private interface that supplies them, and UniFi’s official interface does not provide replacements.

The affected set includes SSH controls, analytics and insights switches, device uptime, wired link speed, recorder CPU and memory readings, and camera storage and data-rate readings. New installations and newly added devices no longer receive these entities; existing setups have the deprecation period to revise dashboards and automations.

Wi-Fi signal readings and the recorder’s storage and disk sensors remain. The removal concerns this specified group of settings and diagnostics, rather than camera viewing as a whole.
