Home Assistant adds dashboard sections that fill themselves with matching controls and readings, updating as devices are added or removed. An owner can choose lights on a floor, batteries in selected rooms or other combinations, then group the tiles by room, floor or type.
A visual picker previews automatic sections and opens their editor before adding them to the dashboard. This extends the earlier device-specific sections with creation through the interface and selections spanning rooms, floors and labels, including exclusions.
