ZHA follows a USB adapter onto an ESPHome proxy

Moving the same radio between a local USB port and a network proxy updates its connection automatically.

Home Assistant adds automatic connection updates when a ZHA USB adapter moves from a local port to an ESPHome USB serial proxy. ZHA recognizes the adapter’s new path instead of continuing to use its old location.

The move works in either direction, including bringing the same adapter back to a local USB port.
