AI assistants connected to Home Assistant’s system-management interface gain a tool for calling any Home Assistant action. It returns action response data and accepts templates in the target and data, allowing a connected assistant to compose a call and use its result.
This expands the administrator-only management connection beyond the specific log, inspection and integration-reload tools covered earlier this week. That connection is not limited to the household entities exposed to ordinary Assist; the new tool belongs to that broader management scope.
