Home Assistant adds the Homematic IP HmIP-WSS and HmIP-WSS-GB water stop and supply units. Owners can open or close the valve and use the reported water alarm and flow rate in their dashboards and automations.
The alarm and valve remain separate: after a water alarm, the valve stays closed until it is opened again. An alarm clearing therefore does not imply that the water supply has resumed.
