ZHA’s device-handling layer adds button events for the EnOcean PTM 216Z four-button rocker and Philips Hue Tap. These battery-free Zigbee Green Power switches send a short message when pressed.

The handlers turn those messages into individual button events and retain the state needed for each button. This completes device-specific handling on top of the pairing and message-processing work in zigpy and ZHA; it is work in those libraries, rather than a new Home Assistant setup screen.
