Completed ESPHome Device Builder translations can trigger a release even when there are too few code changes to do so. Previously, people could finish translating a language while the installed interface continued using the older snapshot until another release was warranted.
Jesse Hills adds a check against the translations in the previous release. The release notes also thank translators and list the languages that changed, including their completeness.
