Makers hosting their ESPHome configurations on Codeberg or GitLab gain a clearer path from a device listing to the files behind it. The ESPHome device directory can display live configuration examples from both hosts, extending a feature previously limited to GitHub.
Jesse Hills also makes Codeberg configuration links clickable in the Device Builder's Take Control dialog. ESPHome already understood those configurations; the directory and interface catch up with that existing support.
