Home Assistant’s Android app recovers an interrupted dashboard load

Returning after the app was paused mid-load no longer produces a connection error for a reachable server.

Home Assistant’s Android app restarts a dashboard load when the app resumes before the original connection finished. Previously, putting the app in the background while it was loading could leave it stuck until a ten-second timeout displayed a connection error, even though the server was reachable.

The same correction restores the page reload after Improv setup on older Home Assistant versions, where a missing reload could leave a blank screen.
